Edwin’s entrepreneurial spirit comes from an early age by being involved in the family farming business. He later continued his career in the restaurant business where he developed a palette for great tasting food and attention to great customer service.

He’s been able to apply his entrepreneurial experience and perseverance to lead Pan Del Cielo 2 to be a successful business that consistently delivers a fusion of latin products, like patties, sandwiches and baked goods.
